a rather queer exchange in the top deck of the 76 bus:

tomoe: are you saying that we shouldn't get married?
jazzie: no, because homo marriages arent really accepted in singapore.

*cue short pause while me and jazzie wait for tomoe to get the joke, and tomoe attempts to comprehend the joke*

*cue burst out laughing*

jazzie: oh, you weren't referring to us?
tomoe: us in GENERAL!!! (as in, you know, humans in general)

and tomoe has a new nickname called 桃子 (:
although most peaches are sweet unlike her.

i need to go for facial expressions training, apparently.
its not very flattering to be told that your particular expression looks like either of theirs.

i am still rather proud that my brain age is 38 years old (:
considering that the minimum is 20, and that my other cousin who is an ex stnicks girl got SIXTY-NINE.

another somewhat amusing exchange.

jazzie: i see my maid for about six to seven hours per day on average.
me (after some thought): i see my maid for about five seconds per day on average.

well, you try communicating with her and see how you fare. those five seconds will always be the most agonizing five seconds of my every day.
