slc over!

wells i cant deny that its a great feeling to be able to bathe properly without having to worry about used pads stuck in the toilet bowl agn. but i actually qt enjoyed slc lor. i think it makes a lovely difference haha.

DAY ONE!
3 Truth came to the camping ground
To our dismay this place was unsound

arrived at sch and met the trainers hadi and wani. they were qt dots at first la. haha. then left for sarimbun scout camp which is in ulu ulu lim chu kang! its really really ulu okay, it takes this ultra long dirt road just to reach it from lim chu kang's already-ulu main roads. surprisingly we had to wait until like late afternoon to settle into the a-huts and dorms? and the hut was amazingly small okay. like hurrr. but emily tan, yanlin, siyun, suwenn, beverly, vanessa, jazzie, myra-who-did-not-stay-overnight-at-all, abigail, me and natalie loh had to squeeze in. so me and jazzie took the top! haha. the only two people who brought groundsheets, although in the end we ended up using jazzie's one only because hers was big enough for two people anyway.

then the first activity was rafting, where yanlin showed off her knots and lashings :) and our raft floated!! yaye. then after that was kayaking, where mr adrian capsized TWICE and caused the poor trainer to capsize while trying to lift him up. then vanessa went to kiss the trees, while hilary nearly decapitated me and sarah with her paddle, and then jazzie and i nearly capsized in the deep sea while getting banged by people who were going off-course. and some ppl like nearly went to visit the malaysian kelongs okay. i rmb after kayaking was rock wall, and charlyne and nat chen can really climb okay! like wow. but only nat managed to touch the white line la. although its qt obvious she was super tired at the end, but i mean who wouldnt be la?

campfire preparation was thrown out the window cos there just wasnt enough time. then after dinner was night hike, which was so lameeeeeeee as it was just walking through the not-even-very-dark campsite and using the dark to look inside you for what you fear the most. like sorry lor, i just dont see the point. then after that was the super-high song session, which i really really like cos it was damn zi-high and it was qt weird seeing all the guys acting gay la. haha. then after that was shower (AT LONG LAST), supper and then slp time.


DAY TWO!
3 Truth decided to carry on
Like we had a choice our freedom was gone

Hopefully the water is that safe
after breakfast was abseiling -shudders- i crashed into the wall TWICE okay while watching the others do zipline which is like super funnnn. wahhh i love zipline argh. after abseiling was the challenging rope course thing, where i only did like the low element, which was alr qt scary for me cos i was like falling off? and then on the high element everyone was like declaring their love for 3T! haha 3T forever :) and charlotte could even lead the class in saying a komama cheer while walking up there la. pro sia.

after the crc was archery, where i cant shoot for nuts. but charlyne arh, before she went to shoot she was still saying that it would fly everywhere, end up she was the first to shoot the balloon okay. not abit pro only. the next one was choryi, then after that nobody managed to shoot the balloon alr. haha.

walau outdoor cooking!?!?!?!?! thats the only decent meal i DIDNT have there okay. grrr. it is a dumping session, where you dump all your maggi mee into the pot and dump all the water into the pot to cook it, then after that the trainer dumps all the maggi mee onto the plate and you dump it all into your stomach (or the rubbish bag, as some ppl did). and the sarimbun hunt is like HURRR. no comments la, its like aimless walking around lim chu kang. and smelling all the cow dung.

then after that was dinner and the campfire!!!! omg the campfire is super fun, what with the idea of general YAMAMOTO (haha) taking over the campsite and his subordinate KOICHI-san (lame) and all. then the campfire was about the idea of general YAMAMOTO being overthrown, and then there was what stnicks idol la. myra is officially 3T's idol :) and jesmine became the person in the tv :) then zhuwei became a lamppost la, then it was qt funny and all. but their fire is so weak la, they kept adding in more wood but it just wouldnt last till the end, even when they exhausted all their kerosene supplies. in the end they got so desperate that they were pouring alcohol onto the fire okay, and they even started resorting to stupid things like throwing people's perfume into the fire? and when it was nearing the end of campfire, they threw the entire perfume thing into the fire. tsk tsk so lame. and alot of bn cheers were resurfacing in the slc campfire agn :)

DAY THREE! LAST DAY!
Finally we reached the end of camp
It really wasnt that bad in the end

3 Truth made it in the end!
area cleaning was sucky okay. like hello, TWO used pads? -blegh- but it was at least better than cleaning the toilets haha :p then we had team building, which was qt lame, and challenge valley. the milo water and the tyre tunnel was SO FUN okay!!!!! omg it rocks. except that my shorts were so trasnparent :/ but how i didnt have any more shorts.
and my shoe decided to open up at that point in time, so i had to trade shoes with hilary. obviously, when i went home, my own shoes went straight to the bin.
haha i pity 3U and 3W ppl, had to do the outdoor cooking and the hike on the last day. tsk tsk tsk. but the lunch was quite nice, haha. then prize presentations and closinggg...

and I LOST MY STUPID HANDPHONE AND EZ-LINK CARD ON THE BUS!!!! RAWRR.

i hate my rashes. argh. its a super gu-niang trait of getting rashes due to dirty slacks :/ and speaking of gu-niangs, i hereby declare war on all gu-niangs. haha.




the one and only reason was to break away from reality.
and it was only for that brief moment.
but what a sweet moment it was.
